HONOLULU-BASED BOOKMOBILE ASSISTANT/DRIVER

We are seeking a caring and reliable person who is interested in working with the Bookmobile Program. Current service routes include sites in Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Waipahu, Mililani, and Honolulu, but will vary as sites shift. Afternoon hours.

The key responsibility for this role will be to engage with and support keiki and family visitors to promote and facilitate their full use of Bookmobile services.

Adult Literacy East Hawaii (EH) Coordinator

We are actively seeking an Adult Literacy EH Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with the Program Manager, Kona Coordinator, and volunteers to deliver essential literacy support that empowers adults to learn to read and write, significantly improving their lives.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNER (ELL) INSTRUCTOR

MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF HAWAII

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable person who loves to teach English in fun, relevant,and interactive ways, to work with immigrant adults to increase their practical, conversational English skills, job readiness, parenting support, and information access. The English Language Learner (ELL) Instructor will be responsible for teaching two virtual classes. The classes will be conducted at different times dependent on the needs of the earners. The instructor will be responsible for leading the Beginner and All Levels English classes via Zoom. The instructor may also train and support volunteers to offer additional individual help for learners. Must live in the state of Hawaii.
