By designating Hawaii Literacy, Inc. in a will, trust, or beneficiary designation form, gifts such as a monetary donation, specific asset, or a percentage of your estate can be used to continue our efforts to tackle and solve the problem of illiteracy across the islands.


Bequests are revocable, so you can change them at any time. Bequests are currently not subject to federal estate taxes, and may be able to help lower the taxable amount on your estate, meaning more support may go to your ‘ohana and legacy recipients
